Christmas Mail cutoff dates approach

The United States Postal Service has given suggested shipping dates if you want to make sure your Christmas parcels make it to their destination by Dec. 25 this year. The website has all the information you require.

Whether mailing parcels to members of the military serving overseas, to friends and family around the world, or within the continental United States, it would probably be wise to check the cutoff dates to avoid any Christmas Day disappointment.

The cutoff dates for shipping to military serving overseas begin, in some cases, as early as Nov. 12. International shipping dates for First Class international mail service begins with a cutoff date of Dec. 2 for some countries and Dec. 9 for others.
