Did someone say snow in Georgia, before Thanksgiving? Oh yes. Granted, it’s only a 10 percent chance of rain, so the chance is slight, but there isn’t any doubt about the cold.
According to Accuweather, there are several scenarios that show a storm next week over the eastern third of the nation. One brings a chance of snow to northern Georgia, the southern Appalachians and the Piedmont overnight Tuesday into Wednesday. Temperature predictions for Monroe, Ga. for the two days are a high of 65 and low of 33 on Tuesday and a High of 49 and low of 26 on Wednesday. There is a 10 percent chance of rain during that period.
Brrrr – even if it doesn’t snow in Monroe, it will be cold.
